If you don't already have one you are going to need a .com.au (or simular) domain name for your email addresses. If you already have a domain name we can use that one instead but some configuration will be required.

Installation and set up is included in the quote. Our monthly support plan continues to support all of your staff with any issues they may come across when using Office 365. If you choose not to subscribe to our support plan you can still request support via our help desk but you will be charged per incident (pricing varies).
